• Can I change my subscription plan?

  Yes, you can change your subscription plan at any time. The new plan will activate immediately and apply from the date you switch.

• Do I need to link a card to activate the free subscription?

  No, a bank card is not required. You can try our service with no obligations.

• How can I switch from a monthly to a yearly subscription?

  To switch to a yearly subscription, go to the 'Subscription' section and choose the yearly plan. Then proceed to the payment page to complete the process. Note: the new subscription will be activated immediately and the previous one will be canceled. We recommend switching near the end of your current billing cycle.

• What happens to my galleries if I cancel my subscription?

  After your paid period ends, your galleries will be stored for an additional 7 days. After that, your storage will be limited to 3 GB, and the oldest galleries will be deleted first. We’ll send you a reminder 3 days before any deletion.
