Why do I get an error when uploading a photo?

If you see a red circle with an exclamation mark (!) next to the photo in the upload panel, and when you click on it you get the message “Uploading failed” — this may be related to your browser’s memory being overloaded. We recommend fully restarting your browser and trying again:

• On Mac — hold down the Command + Q combination until the browser fully closes.
• On Windows — press Alt + F4.
