Why are photos and videos downloading slowly from the gallery?

The download speed of photos and videos depends on the quality of your internet connection. We recommend checking your speed at speedtest.net. For stable file downloads, your internet speed should be at least 20–30 Mbps.

Slow downloads can also be caused by temporary restrictions or blocks from your internet provider. Try switching to another network — for example, from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa — and then try again.

Additionally, if a file is large (over 15 MB), it may take longer to download due to its size.
