Why was my gallery deleted?
A gallery may be deleted in several cases:
1. "Auto-delete gallery" feature enabled
If you set a date for the "Auto-delete gallery" option while creating or editing your gallery, it was automatically deleted by the system on that date.
2. Subscription cancellation or failed payment
If you canceled your subscription or a payment didn't go through, your account is switched to the free plan with a 3 GB storage limit.
In this case, galleries are deleted 7 days after the subscription ends, starting with the oldest ones, until the total storage matches the free plan limit (up to 3 GB).
To prevent unexpected data loss, we always notify users in advance:
- in your Pixover dashboard,
- and by email, indicating the exact deletion date.
⚠️ Note: once your galleries or files have been deleted, they cannot be restored.
